By installing or using Visual Progress Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms apply in addition to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use and the Atlassian Customer Agreement.
Visual Progress Tracker is a Jira Cloud app that adds customizable progress bar fields to Jira issues. The App provides:
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Atlassian Jira Cloud instance in accordance with your Atlassian Marketplace subscription.

The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Janek Behrens. Your license to use the App does not transfer any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Janek Behrens be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
